Ryszard Marcinkowski, the advocate, graduated from University of Lodz The Faculty of Law and Administration. He served his judge trainee period finished with the exam in font of The Exam Commission of The Viovodeship Court in Lodz, than he served an advocate trainee period in Bar Association of Lodz. He practices as an individual lawyer since 1985. He established his private Law Office since 1990. In 1992 he served his professional trainee period in Barbner/Holden Law Office in Liverpool. In 1992-1993 he was a member of the Board of Supervisors the insurance institution, in 2002-2003 a member of the Board of Supervisors the corporation noted on The Stock Exchange in Warsaw. He leads civil and economic cases with a particular focus on matters of borderline of contract law and civil cases including compensation cases. Jarosław Z. Szymański, the advocate, graduated from University of Lodz The Faculty of Law. He served his advocate trainee period within 1986-1991. Bartosz Prochowski is a lawyer. In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz - economc specialization. He earned a master's degree for the thesis "European Corporation" prepared in The European Law Institute under the directorship of prof. dr hab. Maria Królikowska - Olczak. He was born in 1984 r. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz at the specialization economic law. He attended the seminary in the Cathedra of Civil Procedure, under the direction of prof. Janusz Jankowski. The topis of his master's work prepared in abovementioned Cathedra was: "Concentration of procedural materia in civil separate proceedings in economy cases" under the direction of dr Anna Barańska with a very good result. From 2007 he serves his attorney trainee under the patronate of Adv. Ryszard Marcinmowski. He is operating on private and administrative law cases . His passion are baroque stage compositions, especially Monteverdi and Hendel oeras and baroque religion music.

I was born in 16 march 1952. I graduated from University of Lodz The Faculty of Law in 1973. Than till 1979 I was working as an assistant in The Institute of the Polish History and Law The Faculty of Law at University of Lodz. Till 1981 I was a journalist TVP - Centre in Lodz. After enforcing the state of war I was laid off my work for my membership of NSZZ "Solidarność". From 1982 to 1988 I was working as a taxi driver. From 1900-1991 I was a director of TVP - Centre in Lodz, than I was a vice chairman The Committee of Radio and Television and from 1993 to 1994 the chairman the National Counsel of Radio and Television. I was one of the authors of presidential project of act of radio and television and the project of the reform of media in Poland. In Polish Parliament of the first term, as its Member from the list of NSZZ "Solidarność", I was a member of Constitutional Commission - reporter of The Small Constitution, member of Committee of Constitutional Liability , Commission of Culture and Extraordinary Commission of The State of War. In Polish Parliament of the third term (from the list AWS) I became a vice chairman of The Justice and Human Rights Commission, the chairman of fixed Constitutional Tribunal Commission, member of The Commission of Novelty of Co-operative Law. I represented the lower house of Polish Parliament in front of The Constitutional Tribunal. Due to my parliamentary and journalist experience I am a specialist at media, press and copyright law. I lead my individual program in "Polsat" TV that is devoted to journalism and ethic in media. I graduated a judge trainee period (1978) and an attorney trainee period (1990). I lead an individual law office in Lodz at 270 Piotrkowska St. I figure at the list of advocates of The District Chamber Bar Association in Lodz. Currently I am the director of the information departament of Polish TV .
